I. Regulations for members:

General rules for all members:

1. Take full responsibility for all information posted on [page]

2. Respect other members of the Forum [page]

3. Prohibit all acts of collecting, storing and disseminating illegal and malicious information on [page]

4. All acts of vandalism of the Forum are strictly prohibited.

5. Acts of disrespecting, insulting, slandering other members, will cause the Account to be suspended immediately.

6. When you register as a member, you are required to Read and Agree to all of the Terms below of [page].

II. Regulations when writing articles, naming, using signatures and avatars:

A. Regulations on naming:

1. Accounts cannot be named after famous people, the names of leaders of the Party and State, the names of bad people (understood as: terrorist, fascist, criminal,....v. ...v... )

2. Do not give nick names that are unhealthy, not pure, easily misleading.

3. The registered nick name will not be changed, so you need to choose carefully before registering as a member of the forum.

4. Do not violate the provisions of sections D/11, D/12

B. Regulations on avatars:

1. Image size must not exceed 220x350 pixels (Width x Height), weigh more than 150kb

2. Do not use misleading images.

3. Do not use photos of depraved, provocative nature, photos contrary to fine customs and traditions, photos that distort national cultural traditions

4. Do not violate the articles in sections D/11, D/12

C. Regulations on signatures:
General rules: Weighs no more than 500kb and the width does not break the situation of a website and cannot insert music or videos into the signature.

1. Not to post information that distorts or destroys history, culture, national traditions, beliefs, religions, and issues related to politics and national security.

2. Do not use vulgar, insulting or slanderous words against other members

3. Do not give links to depraved, unhealthy websites

4. Do not post destructive links such as: Clicking will cause damage, cause crashes, virus penetration....v...v...

5. Do not violate the provisions in sections D/11, D/12

D. Regulations on article content and new submissions:

1. The use of 9X language and font is prohibited. In addition , only using special symbols to decorate posts , articles written with special symbols will be deleted .

2. The article must have content related to the topic

3. Posts must not use vulgar words, lose culture, insult or slander other members

4. When the article needs to include an image, the image must be no more than 1200X1200 in size.

5. Do not post obscene images of an unhealthy nature, images with web links xxx, pornographic, objectionable.

7. Do not post random posts, post with the same content in many topics, many boxes

8. Do not use capital letters in the entire article, do not use too large or too small font sizes

9. Do not copy other members' posts, if necessary, include citations.

10. It is strictly forbidden to copy articles from other forums, without clearly citing the source.

11. With the information from [page] that the owner of that information requested DO NOT SHARE or Hostlink, it is strictly forbidden to take it out to another site.

12. Do not give the following illegal information:
- Information that affects national security: distorting and propagating against the Party and State's guidelines and policies, undermining the unity of the entire people, sensitive political and national information room, counterintelligence,...
- Information with content that incites violence, propagates wars of aggression, causes hatred for nations and people of other countries, propagates reactionary ideas, etc.
- Information contrary to fine customs and traditions such as pornography, debauchery, social evils of drug addiction, gambling and superstition...
- Information affecting citizens' private life, harassing personal information,...
- Information affecting intellectual property rights such as illegally spreading copyrighted products, computer software, music, literary works, art works,...
- Information with contents affecting economic security: frauds, economic secrets,...
- Information that affects information security such as viruses, theft, database destruction, ...
- Information that has an adverse effect on social culture such as distorting history, denying revolutionary achievements, insulting great people and national heroes, offending the organization's reputation, and contrary to cultural identity ethnicity, spreading rumors,...
- Information affecting people's freedom of belief and religion.

13. Acts of insults and slander against other members are handled immediately by members of the management board.

14. If any member joins the forum for the sole purpose of harassing, they should immediately lock their nick even if they have not directly violated any regulations.

15. This is only a general rule, in addition, when participating in the [page]'s boxes, members must strictly adhere to the individual rules of each box set by the Moderators.
